Every swatch is a whole toad with exactly one trait swapped, so the difference you can see between any two is the trait and nothing else. They are all rendered at TADPOLE, which is the only tier where every variant is reachable.
Eyes and Headwear walk up the table per title. That cuts both ways: the loud variants get far more likely as you climb, and the plainest ones become literally unrollable at the top — shown greyed out above.

A TOADFATHER pays 6,250 TOAD per unit of weight against a TADPOLE's 10,000 — a 38% discount for committing 5.00M tokens to the furnace at once. “Max ever” is the ceiling if the entire 1.00B supply were burned at that tier alone.
